This document provides a checklist of documents to bring to your first appointment.

Financial Planning Questionnaire

This document covers the full spectrum of objective & subjective criteria needed to embark upon a financial plan. It’s not as important to complete the relevant sections in advance of our first meeting (although this is indeed helpful) as it is to know that the questionnaire covers the relevant areas of focus over the course of our work together.
